Stop looking under lost and found in your area. There are DOG thieves that transport your dogs to other parts of the state. DONT believe me? check out a documentary called "Dealing Dogs"
Instead look in the SF Bay Area, Stockton, or LA under lost and found. How do I know this?? Because my dog was stolen and is still missing. However I have found out the jerks name through reliable sources. I did a background check on this guy ( african american) and he has a huge criminal family in Elk Grove, Sacramento, Stockton, Oakland and tons of family in LA county.
So please look outside your area for your dog in shelters and on Craigslist. Also be sure to check out www.PETHARBOR.com
