My 8 year olds bike was stolen (for the second time) on Tuesday afternoon. It is a Thruster Rampage. Brown body with orange seat handle bars and markings. It is registered with the Kenai police department and will have the blue bicycle license sticker on it. It was taken from Tinker lane in Kenai near the middle school.
