Incident Description: Traded filly for training on my gelding, filly was not to be signed over until training was complete. However, trainer never preformed training services and absconded with filly. Filly was left in his possession as he wanted to do some clean up and light training to increase her value. He indicated in March that the filly is in the possession of a guy that drives truck and works at (ask owner for name of ranch) and resides in Porterville/Springville area. We still have the AQHA papers and she is DNA verified (DNA Case Number QH910674).
Pictures are of her at 7 months old.
This filly turned 2 years old April 15, 2011.
