Yes that is correct. She is assumed stolen. She was just walking down California not more than 45 minutes ago. She was on a pink leash being escorted by a black man and white woman. She is a German Shepherd / Heeler Mix so therefore looks kinda Boarder Collie. If you see her please contact police and 719-464-4203. REWARD !!
