I hate to inform a lot of people out there, but we need to remember this is southern Arizona. We have MANY large owls in this area. An Owl can easily take off with a small dog up to 16-20 pounds. So PLEASE pet owners, don't leave your small breed pets outside ALONE at dusk and nighttime!
