My bike was stolen over the weekend and was last seen hitched with another bike (stolen at the same time) Sunday at 3PM at the law school. This bike is VERY important to me and I am offering a reward for her safe & whole return. Please Help!

Other Specifics: Front-mounted gears with black shifters, hand brakes, right pedal is bare metal and left pedal is covered with black plastic, front & back fenders, dark black leather saddle with brass studs, most metal parts are rusted, kick stand has been removed.
It might have been painted! The front-mounted gears between the handlebars & the saddle are probably the most defining to look for if someone has painted it. Please keep a look out for her!
