April 2011, my black & white, young, spayed, female cat vanished from N Ivanhoe Ave (or very near N Ivanhoe) for 3 days. On the 3rd day, I put up flyers. She came home on the 4th day...mmm...very interesting. This was just one clue out of many. A week later she vanished again from N Ivanhoe (or very near N Ivanhoe). I searched, advertised, knocked on doors, etc. with no results. She was the only kitten born, and I nurtured and played with her everyday. Then the same mother cat gave birth to another kitten...yeah, only one kitten. He was black and white also. They were brother and sister, and inseparable...now that was true love. When she vanished, he became very depressed, and stayed depressed. He never was the same after his sister disappeared. Neither have I! I live around the corner from N. Ivanhoe. I drive onto N. Ivanhoe to leave or go home. One day, in April, I notice her brother sitting btwn an occupied house and an unoccupied house. I was surprised, because he stayed close to home. I watched him for a while. He looked like he was searching for something at times, and, at times, waiting for something, It was obvious, he was trying to find his sister and wait for her to return. Ever since, I'd see him hanging around those same two houses on N. Ivanhoe. Yes, I have cried many tears, and have never stopped searching. My heart hurts. But, now it is doubled. He vanished about one week ago. I won't get into details, but I did more research after he vanished. Now I have solid evidence both of my cats were stolen. I hope they are together, and staying warm. The pic shown is the female cat at about 2- 3 months old. She is about 1 1/2 years old now. She has big blotches of black and white with a very noticable face...it looks as though a line was drawn down the middle of her nose, with one side being mostly black. He is more black than white, and has a nickle size spot on his black and white face. I grew up with cats, and never had a desire to have children of my own. I wanted cats...they are my ultimate passion. I will give a $1000 for each cat that is returned to me, without any questions.
