This is our dog cookie. She was wearing a collar when she went missing with all her contact information. It has been two weeks now. Ive posted adds up everywhere, checked animal shelters posted on craigslist and nothing so im figuring someone has her. Then last night someone emails me and asks me how much im willing to pay to get her back because they have her. Ive emailed this person back but they do not respond.
