puppy stolen out of my friends front yard on Q st and 13th in Arcata..she was stolen around noonish on july 2nd.

her name is OSA. we miss her dearly and she needs to be with her owner who she is a service dog for!
she is not at any of the shelters, and there hasnt been any ads posted for her. we know for sure that she was stolen, as she could not jump the fence nor would.
