MISSING/STOLEN small tan female puppy "kia" stolen from 99cent store while i was inside. she was tied to the newspaper despencer by an army print leash. she was also wearing a checkered redb black silver harness and a green collar wit skulls. she has a curled tail long face her left ear sometime droops and her right stands straight. i was told a lady in a yellow car picked her up, she was seen in a yellow car wit a woman as well. any info will help. p[lease call or text me 530 722 5152 :(
