My Dog was taken away during a divorce back in September of 2011, through an underground adoption person or Agency. His name is Dude, he was taken and dropped off somewhere up-north, he is a long way from home. He was sent to a temporary foster home and this temporary foster home refered him to a person whom I tried to contact by email, and this person will not respond back, and there is no listing of this person online anywhere that I can find. Not even the name of this person's email matches any dog agency...
This person sold my dog off without my signiture, and now my dog is lost and stolen..................I sent this person an email with no response, anyone with any information, please contact me at the email address on the flyers.
This is the only information I have to go by and was told that my dog was dropped off in a resting area between San Francisco & Carmille, I do not know any of the dog license cities names to search the cities within these areas to see if anyone registered Dude in any cities between these areas. If anyone knows the Names and address to all surrounding cities in these areas I would be happy to send all these Cities a letter along with my flyers. Please help me in any way you can by emailing me at my email address.
I ask that you not try to contact this persons email address in fear that she will shut down here email address. I just need help and a lookout for anyone trying to sell any st. bernard puppies, from what I was told, these people that have Dude, also have two female St. Bernards and that Dude was taken in an Escalade vehicle, this is the only information I have to go by. If you can email me all the news papers in these between these cities mentioned and keep your eye out for me. I never have been up north nor do I know where to start looking, however, I do know Dude is somewhere between these areas from what I was informed and that these people who have him, possibly have TWO-HUGE-ST. BERNARD MONUMENTS IN FRONT OF THERE HOME and have Two-Female St. Bernards.

Cathy Trosberg,
My name is Marilyn Hart-Marquez, wife of Jose Marquez, this is in correspondance to Dude my dog. The dog you aided in adopting out.
Cathy, I'm not sure if you are aware that your adoption agency has adopted my dog out without my consent nor did your agency have my signiture to do so.
The paperwork you recieved had both Jose's and my name on it. We were at the time going through a divorce, and a court order implied for Dude my dog to be picked up and taking to a temporary foster care. At that time, Jose mentioned to the court that Dude was going to a temporary home, that he had 3-temporary homes and was not sure which one he was going to at that time. The court order specified that I was to have the address where Dude was going.
Cathy, in no way was a court order that Dude was to be adopted at this time, and as we both know anytime two people's names are on documents that one name is to be excluded or falsly written off.
As I can see, your adoption agency was not careful in reading and your adoption papers inaccurate, even neglagent, found by me and I am sure an attorney would agree to fraudulent.
Dude was sent to your physician, my name was on all his previous physicians paperwork. Therefore, I am not sure why your company would over look or over ride something of such importance.
In addition, my dog is stolen and as I see it, you have a fraud case on your hands. I am going to the police and am going to report this and will be in contact with the court and will report your company.
Jose claims he has contacted you and you have not corresponded back in reply to where Dude is?????
At this time, I need you to please contact me, via through this email I am sending you, and at this time am asking your to send me your full adoption agency address, phone number ect.
I am giving you 5-days to contact me, from there I am going to the police and will start fraudulent restraints against you, and the people who have Dude.
In addition, I have flyer's up in which will be attached to this email, regarding Dude's disappearance.
The following paperwork needs to be sent back to me, in which are Dude's original Pedigree papers, we are the original first owners, the original's should have never been given to you or the owner's only a copy. I would like my original paperwork back and will take every procedures to see that you are held liable being that it is in the best interest of every company that all legal documents are legal. In my opionion, your company is a fruad and I am coming after you, you can best beleive that I am not taking this lightly.
