Annabell was picked up and given to another person who refuses to give her back to her owner--she has been missing since July 16th and her owner is heartsick over it. The women that has her knows she is not hers but refuses to give her back to her owner--we need everyone to look at any dogs that have shown up in their neighborhoods in the last few months--she is very small and sweet and came from a Rescue in Ohio. We would like to get Annabell home for the Holidays--please help and pass the pictures to local groomers and vets and send to everyone you know--this women made the owner feel guilty for wanting her own dog back and promised to meet her and then never showed leaving her sitting there for a couple hours hoping : (
