HELP!! Need more sets of eyes.
Female "former" friend drove my "Dark Ocean Green" colored 2004 Toyota Camry with blackout rear windows (Photos below expired WA License Plate 310-RYA) down to Redding from Seattle when she moved back here almost a 18 months ago and refused to return it. Now she drives it around town like she owns it, gets red light tickets that are mailed to me up in Seattle and I am forced to pay $1,100 a year in insurance just to protect me from liability if she ends up wrecking it!
Don't know where she is living now in town, but someone mailed me a photo of it at an address and have yet to see it in past 3 days since I flew down here. Think she might be letting others drive it too!
Cops say its not stolen since I loaned it 18 months ago. Eventhough I showed them the Title is clear in my name and registered solely in my name with new plates. They DID say however that if they find it, they will impound it because of expired plates - which will cost me nearly $100 a day until I get back down here to recover it

NOTE - Even if they see this ad and try to change the plate, the scratches on the rear bumper, limousine black out tinted windows and scuffed up damage on the driver's side front bumper are a dead give-away.
