The ex "gave" him away to a "family in PA somere". Charlie is my dog and Ive had him since he was a puppy. I did not have anywere to live and kept the dog at the ex's. When the new girlfriend came in, the dog was thrown out. Then the dog escaped while the family was in the process of moving to pittsburg.
